We started C+P around one observation: most PLM and innovation programs do not fail because the technology is wrong. They fail in the gap between the people who design the business process and the people who build the system. Our founders, Lucio Pieroni and Marco Caprino, had watched that gap swallow projects from both sides, so they built a firm that works on both.

Lucio spent decades leading innovation and R&D inside global manufacturers, including senior roles at P&G and Mars, before advising large accounts on transformation. Marco came up through the technical side: PLM data models, enterprise architecture, and close to two dozen PLM and PMS implementations. Between them they built a team that is fluent in both the business and the platform, so less gets lost in translation.

What we are trying to do

Free up product development by digitizing the everyday transactions behind it, so the work of getting products to market becomes faster, clearer and easier to measure.
