How we staff engagements
We staff each engagement from a small senior team. Our two founders lead it, and specialists from the wider team join when the scope needs their skills. That keeps experienced people on the work from the first workshop until go-live.
Who leads the work
Lucio Pieroni and Marco Caprino co-founded C+P, and they come from different sides of a PLM project. Lucio knows how R&D teams innovate, while Marco understands how the system behind that work is built. That pairing matters because a PLM rollout can fail when teams don't adopt the new system, even if the software works.
